3.2 Artist Treasury

This is a co-creation function that allows fans to support artists while enjoying it.
In this mechanism, a "savings wallet" is set up for each artist to accumulate activity funds, and a portion of the sales is accumulated in the artist's savings wallet when a fan purchases a specific product in the marketplace.
Also, fans can use the voting rights attached to the purchased specific product to participate in voting on how to use the collected funds.
In this way, co-creation is realized by fans being involved in the artist's activities and projects through support.

*The services and features scheduled to be provided through the Fanpla system are based on plans as of September 2025 and will be released gradually after the IEO. Details about the content and functions will be announced once they are finalized.

[How to use the Treasury]

1Project Funding

• Artists can use the funds in the wallet to realize projects related to their own activities, such as live event production, new song music video production, fan projects, and fan goods ideas.
• Not only artists but also music productions, agencies, labels, event companies, and festival organizers can take the initiative and use the funds in the wallet for a wide range of purposes, such as donations and support funds, holding auditions to discover young talent, and overseas expansion of domestic festivals.

2Gifting

• We will introduce a proprietary gifting system as a new way for fans to freely support artists.
• By purchasing gifting items, fans can directly express their support for various activities and achievements of artists at their own timing.
• Through gifting, we aim to deepen the bond between fans and artists, evolving the traditional support style. This new form of support will also provide valuable experiences for both fans and artists.
