2.0About the Project
2.3 Solutions

This project offers the following solutions to the main challenges in the Japanese music market: "Changes in Artist Revenue Models and Tightening of Funding" and "Lack of Venues for Co-creation between Artists and Fans."
Developing New Revenue Models for Artists
In recent years, "super fans," or enthusiastic supporters, have been attracting attention in artist activities. They invest heavily not only in purchasing products but also in performances and bonus events, supporting artist growth and sustained popularity through economic support and community activation.
The Fanpla project sells premium services with high needs that cater to the purchasing power of super fans through the Marketplace, returning the revenue gained by reflecting fan enthusiasm in value to the artists, providing fans with a high-quality experience.
A portion of the sales revenue from some products sold in the Marketplace is pooled into a "Savings Wallet" set up for each artist, and the funds collected there can be used as a new source of funding for all artist activities, such as live events, music video production costs, and fan-oriented projects.
Since this project uses a Web3.0 token-mediated mechanism, transparency in revenue increases as fans directly support artists using tokens, enabling the construction of a new business model that does not rely on traditional revenue sharing. Also, as tokens become a common value base, it becomes easier to form a global fan base, transcending regional and currency differences.
Creating a Place for Co-creation between Artists and Fans
Since there are two parties in the Fanpla project, artists and fans, not only economic value but also the deep connection and increase in engagement between the two (emotional value) are very important.
Therefore, in this project, we will provide a place where fans can support artists for the medium to long term and co-create through the Artist Treasury, where fans can convey their feelings to artists and support them whenever they like, and the Music Awards, where fans themselves choose the "most enthusiastic artist."
By providing such a place, we aim to enable artists and fans to continuously pursue emotional value and build even stronger bonds.
