CEO and Representative Director Takemichi Hirai

After graduating from graduate school, he was involved in asset management and operations of corporate pensions at Mitsubishi UFJ Trust Bank. He subsequently left after working in the HR department on new graduate and mid-career recruitment. In 2016, he joined a blockchain startup company and worked as a blockchain engineer. In 2018, he established a company engaged in research and development of blockchain technology and served as CEO. Since 2022, has been involved in Web3.0 projects in Fanplus and became the President and CEO of Fanpla in February 2024.

Vice president / Representative Director Yujin Taoka

Joined Fanpla Inc. In 2012. Engaged in web production (including fan club websites) video production, and event support. Appointed Director of the company in 2019. Became President and CEO in 2022. Appointed Vice President in 2024.

Board Member Hiroki Yano

Joined Fanplus, Inc. in 2013. Involved in fan club business, website construction, and launch of new services. In 2022, appointed as department head for new business development and promoted SaaS and Web3.0 projects. The following year, he became Head of the Fan Site Strategy Department and was appointed executive officer in 2024. In November of the same year, he became a Director of Fanpla.

Board Member Shintaro Watanabe

While attending university, he worked on mobile site production and management of music copyrights at Cybird, also handling back-office tasks. After supporting startups in their early stages, he joined Hakuhodo DY Holdings in 2017, working on R&D and new business development, including collaborations with startups and business development in the wellbeing sector. From 2023, he has been involved in Fanplus, Inc.’s Web3.0 projects and became a Director of Fanpla in February 2024.

Joined Daikou Corporation in 1993. Subsequently worked at FM Tokyo and Cybird. In 2006, became CEO of ONPOO Corporation. In 2007, appointed Director of Excite Music Entertainment Corporation, and in 2010, he became Vice President and Director of Fanplus, Inc. In 2019, he was appointed President and CEO of the company.
