Fanpla, Inc.:
The legal entity that develops, operates, and provides the Fanpla system and is the issuer of FPL (referred to as "Fanpla" in this document).
Fanplus, Inc.:
A collaborative partner of Fanpla, Inc., and a legal entity that operates artist fan sites and fan clubs linked to services provided within the Fanpla system (referred to as "Fanplus" in this document).
